Please note the basic admission requirements of this compact course are:

  • Grade 11 (or equivalent)
  • No specific subject requirement.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Any industry experience will be beneficial, but is not required.
  • Must be proficient in English Language.
  • 50% Deposit (enrolment fee) required.

  • Full payment of the Event Support Compact Course fee is required before enrolment and access to the online programme is granted.
  • Once the online programme has commenced and access to the Learning Management System (LMS), course materials, learning resources, lecturer support and administrative assistance has been provided, tuition fees are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be provided if a student chooses to discontinue the online programme, does not participate, or does not complete the online programme.
  • If you experience difficulty making payment or are unable to continue with the online programme, you are required to contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances and, where applicable, request a special arrangement. Any special arrangement must be approved by us in writing.
  • By proceeding with payment and enrolment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the applicable Terms and Conditions, including the payment and refund provisions.

Access to Course Materials After Termination

  • Access to the Academy’s online learning platform and course materials is limited to actively enrolled students during their authorised enrolment period.
  • Upon termination, cancellation or expiry of enrolment, access to the platform and all course materials will be withdrawn. Students may not download, retain, copy or otherwise use course materials after their enrolment has ended, regardless of whether the course fee has been paid in full.
  • All course materials remain the intellectual property of the Academy and/or the applicable rights holders.
