Workshop Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

What is it?

The workshop referral program is aimed at offering individuals, who have previously attended The Aleit Academy workshop(s), the unique opportunity to become brand ambassadors and influencers for The Aleit Academy, to encourage possible future workshop attendees to apply.

What does it offer?

When an individual refers a friend or acquaintance to sign-up for an Aleit Academy Workshop, the referring individual will receive an incentive cash prize once the referred attendee has successfully signed up and paid the required workshop fees.

Why do we have the referral program?

We welcome individuals from across the globe to come on board and get the best quality experiences. We want to encourage previous workshop attendees to spread the word so that like-minded individuals will join our Aleit Academy family.

Who is eligible?

This program is open to all previous AA Workshop attendees.

  1. Referring individual:
    A referring individual is anyone who has previously attended the Aleit Academy Winter or Spring Workshops, and is willing to refer individuals to the next workshop.
  2. Referred attendee:
    A referred attendee is a new or prospective workshop attendee who has been referred by a previous workshop individual and wishes to sign up to the next AA Workshop.

What conditions apply?

  • This program is valid only for individuals who have attended an Aleit Academy Winter or Spring Workshop.
  • The referral will only be considered once the new attendee has signed up and paid the full Workshop fee.
  • The incentive will be transferred to the relevant referring individual’s bank account.
  • The incentive cash prize is subject to change anytime based on The Aleit Academy’s discretion. TAA’s decision will be final.
  • If at any point TAA feel there has been tampering, colluding or misuse of the referral program, TAA has the right to disqualify the referrals in question.
  • The referred attendee can be referred only once. However, there is no limit to the number of new referrals that a previous attendee can refer.
  • In the event the referred attendee has started a sign-up, but did not complete their full payment for the workshop, the referring individual will not be eligible to receive the cash prize.
  • The referring individual agrees that at no time in the future he/she will dispute the acknowledgment of the terms and conditions.
  • If the referring individual is a sibling, he/she will still be allowed claim the referral cash prize.

What is the referral process?

  1. If you are the referring individual, you must complete all details of your referral as outlined in the form and submit.
  1. Once the form has been submitted, the referring individual will receive an acknowledgement email confirming the status of their referral.
  2. The incentive pay-out will be made to the referring individual, once the referred attendee has successfully signed up to the AA Workshop and paid the required fees.

What is the incentive amount?

The incentive amount is a once-off R200 cash that can be transferred to the relevant referring individual’s bank account.
