The Aleit Academy offers an exciting three-day job shadowing program for Grade 11, Grade 12, and gap-year students who are eager to explore the dynamic world of events and hospitality. This immersive, hands-on experience provides an exclusive glimpse into the day-to-day operations of The Aleit Group’s businesses. From event planning and coordination to behind-the-scenes logistics, students will be fully immersed in a fast-paced, creative, and rewarding industry environment. It’s the ideal opportunity to gain real-world insight, learn from experienced professionals, and discover a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

The Workshop Referral Program is designed to offer individuals who have previously attended The Aleit Academy workshops a unique opportunity to become brand ambassadors for The Aleit Academy. As ambassadors, participants help promote the Academy and encourage prospective workshop attendees to apply.
