The Aleit Academy has recently expanded our dynamic offering by including beautiful student housing to our portfolio. We believe that fostering a student community on and off campus is imperative to success. Our students who are placed in our luxury apartments get to enjoy the best of both res-life, and private dwelling, in a safe environment, close to campus! Living in such close proximity to their fellow students allows Aleit Academy attendees the opportunity to participate in the kind of extended student lifestyle typically enjoyed by res students, such as the opportunity to forge lifelong friendships and meet new people! While these apartments have been designed to encourage socialising and relaxing, they also afford our students a safe haven to escape to when they need their privacy and want to focus on studying.

The Aleit Academy offers students placement in one of our fourteen, modern two-bedroom apartments, or a solo-placement in the single one-bedroom apartment that we have available. All situated only nine kilometres from campus (Lourensford Wine Estate), our 15 apartments total are located one next to the other in The Jade, in the picturesque Paardevlei precinct, Somerset West.

These spacious apartments offer a secure and comfortable lifestyle. Situated directly opposite the Sanctuary Shopping Centre and Somerset Mall, allowing for quick and stress-free shopping experiences, students are also situated close to the Strand beach where they can go for a stroll or to enjoy beach life in the summertime. Luxuriously outfitted, these newly built apartments are designed to become our students’ home away from home. Coming semi-furnished, opting to be placed in our student accommodation allows Aleit Academy students to become part of their community in a whole other way! Nothing cements the friendships between our students like living across the hall from one another and having endless access to coffee date partners, study buddies, and empathetic ears! What could be better than the convenience of having your friend for a neighbour?

Our two-bedroom apartments each include two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bedside table and roller blinds. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom, one with an en-suite shower and the other with a bath and shower.

The kitchen is quite spectacular and boasts all major appliances, such as a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and even a tumble dryer. The living area features a smart TV, a dining room table and chairs, a beautiful customised L-shaped couch, a coffee table and already-established Wi-Fi. A secure covered parking bay is also provided for each student.

There are many other benefits of staying in one of the student apartments at The Jade. It boasts with beautiful views of the Helderberg mountain range, there is 24-hour security and a superb lifestyle centre. The lifestyle centre offers many magnificent facilities for residents, including a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a games and cinema room and a lovely restaurant. Additional amenities include uncapped Wi-Fi, so our students never have to worry about running out of data again!
