Student Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

What is it?

The student referral program is aimed at offering The Aleit Academy (TAA) current student base a unique opportunity to become brand ambassadors and influencers for TAA, to encourage students to apply.

What does it offer?

When a student refers a friend or acquaintance to apply for the Diploma in Event Coordination, the referring student will receive an incentive cash prize once the referred student has successfully enrolled in the following intake and paid the required enrolment fees.

Why do we have the referral program?

We welcome students from across the globe to come on board and get the best quality, career-oriented education. We want to encourage our students to spread the word so that like-minded individuals will join our The Aleit Academy family.

Who is eligible?

This program is open to all current students.

  1. Referring student:
    A referring student is anyone who is currently enrolled in the Diploma course, and is willing to refer students to the course.
  2. Referred student:
    A referred student is a new or prospective applicant who has been referred by a current TAA student and wishes to enrol in TAA.

What conditions apply?

  • This program is valid only for students who are currently studying at The Aleit Academy.
  • The referral will only be considered once the new student has enrolled and paid the full first instalment (enrolment fee).
  • The incentive will be transferred to the relevant referring student or can be deducted from their annual tuition fees. This decision can be indicated on the referral program form.
  • The incentive cash prize is subject to change anytime based on The Aleit Academy’s discretion. TAA’s decision will be final.
  • If at any point TAA feel there has been tampering, colluding or misuse of the referral program, TAA has the right to disqualify the referrals in question.
  • The new student can be referred only once. However, there is no limit to the number of new students that a continuing student can refer.
  • In the event the referred student has started an application, but did not complete their full payment for the enrolment fee, the student will not be eligible to receive the cash prize.
  • The referring student agrees that at no time in the future he/she will dispute the acknowledgment of the terms and conditions.
  • If the current student is a sibling, he/she will still be allowed claim the referral cash prize.

What is the referral process?

  1. If you are the referring student, you must complete all details of your referral as outlined in the form and submit.
  1. Once the form has been submitted, the referring student will receive an acknowledgement email confirming the status of their referral.
  2. The incentive pay-out will be made to the referring student, once the referred student has successfully enrolled in the following intake of TAA and paid the required fees.

What is the incentive amount?

The incentive amount is a once off R5000 cash that can be transferred to the relevant referring student or can be deducted from their annual tuition fees. This decision can be indicated on the referral program form.
