Associated Partners

The Academy forms part of a portfolio of independent boutique businesses that fall under what we call The Aleit Group. Every single one of these businesses represent the very best in hospitality and events management offerings. We also maintain close ties with our colleagues within this portfolio of events and hospitality industry leaders. Our students often get the opportunity to work with these associated brands at events where both our associates and our students are required. In addition, some of these business units also take on interns. We have close to 20 Academy alumni permanently employed within a number of the Group’s other business units. This shows that we believe in what we teach our students every day.

Placement Partners

We remain the only institution in the industry that’s able to practically prepare our graduates to pursue any career in the hospitality and events industry, and to hit the ground running when they enter the job market. Over the years we’ve developed a vast network of placement partners that consist of highly reputable industry professionals and companies we believe can offer our students the very best in practical experience.

International Partners

International opportunities for graduates at Europa-Park

The Academy has an exclusive partnership with Europa-Park, Germany’s largest hotel resort group. The group has a string of international industry awards, including consistently being named ‘Europe’s Best Theme Park’, ‘Europe’s Best Family Attraction’, and ‘The Best Theme Park Worldwide’.

This partnership means that our Event Coordination Diploma graduates who are interested in applying, are guaranteed a placement at one of their six 4-star hotels. With only a basic level of German required, this is a wonderful opportunity for our students to gain international work experience. Given that Europa-Park arranges the relevant European work visas, it’s also a great stepping stone into the European market. Once they’ve completed their time at Europa-Park, Academy graduates can further explore the vast amount of industry opportunities in Europe. Watch more about Europa Park here.

Shaping Talent

The Aleit Academy is proud to be in partnership with the Mauritius event management specialists, the RSVP Group. They started a training facility called Shaping Talent that will train industry enthusiasts in Mauritius.
