Our Creative Workshops are aimed at high school learners & gap year students who are in the process of researching their career and tertiary education options. The annual workshops offer participants a practical glimpse into what they can expect from a career in the hospitality and events industry. In addition, we share some life skills to encourage them to reach their fullest potential as they prepare to embark on a study and career path.

The workshop referral program is aimed at offering individuals, who have previously attended The Aleit Academy workshop(s), the unique opportunity to become brand ambassadors and influencers for The Aleit Academy, to encourage possible future workshop attendees to apply.
